Global Office Partners started with a simple idea: businesses should have a workspace advisor who truly looks out for their interests, not just another agent focused on commission.
Together, Clare and Colin have 46 years of experience in commercial property. Clare has worked in estate agency, data and research, and held senior roles at IWG. Colin has experience in coliving, student accommodation, and international serviced offices in the UK and abroad.
After years working for the industry's largest operator, they noticed an important shift. The workspace market was changing faster than the advisory services that supported it. Businesses were finding it hard to navigate a growing mix of flexible, managed, and traditional options, and often made costly decisions without all the facts.
They started Global Office Partners to create the independent advisory firm they had always wanted to see. They are not tied to one provider and do not focus on chasing commissions. Instead, they aim to be a real strategic partner, built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to long-term client relationships.
Today, we serve as strategic workspace advisors for businesses in more than 120 countries. We manage global needs, build strong relationships with top partners, and ensure our clients always get the right workspace at the right terms.
