Global Office Partners was founded on a simple belief: that businesses deserve a workspace advisor who genuinely represents their interests — not just another agent collecting commission.
With a combined 46 years in commercial property, Clare and Colin bring remarkably diverse backgrounds. Clare's career spans estate agency, data and research, and senior roles at IWG — the world's largest flexible workspace provider. Colin's path runs through co-living, student accommodation, and international serviced offices across UK and global markets.
After successful years inside the industry's biggest operator, they recognised something important: the workspace market was changing faster than the advisory services that supported it. Businesses were struggling to navigate an increasingly complex landscape of flexible, managed, and conventional options — often making expensive decisions based on incomplete information.
So they founded Global Office Partners to be the independent advisory firm they'd always wanted to see in the market. Not an agency tied to one provider. Not a broker chasing commission. A true strategic partner, built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to long-term client relationships.
Today, we act as strategic workspace advisors to businesses across 120+ countries — managing global requirements, nurturing relationships with best-in-class partners, and making sure our clients get the right workspace on the right terms, every time.

Colin Black
Colin's career spans co-living, student accommodation, and international serviced offices. His international experience has placed clients in serviced offices across the UK and global markets — from major capitals to emerging economies.

From initial brief through to move-in and beyond, we manage the project. You stay informed and in control of the decisions, but we handle the detail — the coordination, the negotiation, the logistics.
We stay engaged
Deal completion isn't the end of our relationship — it's the start. We proactively manage renewals, flag upcoming break clauses, advise on expansion or consolidation, and stay available when your needs change.
We say no when we should
Sometimes the right advice is "this deal doesn't work" or "you don't actually need us for this". We've walked away from commission to give honest advice. Our reputation depends on it.
